On the risk factors of professional disqualification due to health problems
Abstract :
Aim: In this study, risk factors (age, experience, trade) of professional disqualification on the state of health of experts of extreme professions (workers of police and aircraft) are analyzed. Material and method: The study used institutional physician commissions accumulated in the professional expert witness reports. Total 177 cases were investigated in 2 groups. In first group with police officers (104 persons), and second group with aviators (73 persons) has created. To obtain more realistic results in the control groups 1000 persons were evaluated. Statistical processing was carried out by methods of the qualitative features. Findings and results: Nosological structure of the main causes of professional disqualification of extreme- employed persons, are showing differences according to relatively high risks of diseases depending on the urogenital system and circulatory system diseases, trauma, ear and mastoid process.
