Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the hopelessness level of the senior students at Ahi Evran University in terms of some various variables. The population of the study consists of 2489 senior students from the faculties and colleges of this University in 2013-2014 Educational Year Spring Term. Data were collected by Beck Hopelessness Scale and Personal Information Form de- veloped by the researcher. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, variance analyze and Games-Howell test. Ac-cording to the results of the study, there were differences be-tween the hopelessness levels of the students in terms of gender, faculty/college, parent attitude and average monthly income variants. There weren’t differences between hopelessness level and accommodation.
