Abstract :
Aort c aneurysm (AA), a d sease character zed by d latat on of all aort c segments, causes fatal card ovascular compl cat ons. Aort c aneurysms are usually related to hypertens on or atheroscleros s. Generally, an AA s fus form shaped, wh le the saccular type of AA s very rare. The r sk of rupture and d ssect on n AA dramat cally r ses w th ncreas ng d ameter. R sk of rupture s part cularly h gher n the female gender, Marfan syndrome and the presence of add t onal vascular nvolvement. In th s case report, an asymptomat c, huge, non-ruptured, true saccular AA of an elderly female pat ent was presented.
