Abstract
The purpose of this study is analyzing understanding levels of teacher candidates about logic, identity, consistency and contradiction concepts. The study is a descriptive study as a survey method. The study was conducted on chosen sample of 250 university 3rd grade students at Faculty of Gazi Education during the spring term of 2013-2014. Question Form on the Concepts of Logic is constituted as a data gathering tool. The data obtained from this question form is coded with and created Graded Scoring Key evaluated in SPSS 17 package program. Depending on the variable type, for the independent samples t Test and One Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA) were used to analyze the findings. Significance level was established at ,05. According to the results from the analysis of data, significant differences have been statistically established between the mean scores regarding the circumstances of sex, section and course of receiving logic.
