A Logistic Regression Analysis to Predict to Teachers’ Organizational Trust Level
Abstract :
The purpose of the study is to predict to teachers’ organizational trust level and to determine which variables have predictive power. The sample of the study consist of 300 primary school techers in central district of Sivas province. Data was obtained by using the organizational trust scale which was developed by Daboval, Comish ve Swindle and Gaster (1994) and was adapted by Kamer (2001). The organizational trust level model was tested by logistic regression analysis in order to classify organizational trust level. According to findings, the most predictive power is organizational cynism to specify low organizational trust.
