The Relation Between Leadership’s Behaviors and Job Satisfaction Perceptions of The Administrators and Teachers Who Are Charged in Secondary Education Schools

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the realization levels of administrator’s leadership applications and to determine the relation between his/her or teacher’s job satisfactions who are charged in secondary education schools. The participants are composed of the school administrators and teachers who are employed in the secondary education schools in the center of Bolu Province. In this research, the whole administrators and teachers have been studied on, rather than sampling. After being checked 524 data collection tools in total were proved to be appropriate for the research and were used in the assessment.This research is a study in the relational screening (survey) model. The research is both descriptive and explanatory in terms of its purpose because in the theoretical framework leadership’s behaviors and job satisfaction have been addressed in all their parts and tried to be defined with reference to all the various perspectives and approaches.In the research data were collected from administrators and teachers through a scale. According to results of research, a statistically meaningful relation was found between the realization levels of administrator’s leadership applications, and his/her or teacher’s job satisfactions. According to the findings of this research we can state that;- The administrators and teachers perceive respectively the transformational, general and transactional leadership’s behaviors when the answers have been invastigated according to the administrator’s and teacher’s perceptions.- Also the administrators and teachers perceive the intrinsic job satisfaction more than the external job satisfaction.- The administrator’s general, intrinsic and external job satisfaction increased when their perception level about general and transformational leadership behavior had increased. In addition to it could be said that their general and intrinsic job satisfaction increased too when their perception level about transactional leadership behavior had increased,- Moreover we can state that the teacher’s general, intrinsic and external satisfaction increased too when their perception level about general, transformatioanal and transactional leadership behavior had increased.- We can say that the administrators perceive the intrinsic job satisfaction more than the external job satisfaction when the relation between their general leadership’s applications and general job satisfaction’s perceptions has been analyzed. According to this conclusion we can say that the general, transformational and transactional leadership’s behaviors impact on their intrinsic job satisfaction.- On the other hand the teachers perceive the external job satisfaction more than the intrinsic job satisfaction when the relation between their general leadership’s applications and general job satisfaction’s perceptions has been analyzed. The general, transformational and transactional leadership’s behaviors impact on teacher’s external job satisfaction more than their intrinsic job satisfaction.
