Abstract :
Even in regimes governed by dictatorship, trade union rights mostly found. However, these unions, who are guided by government and able to act in limited space, have been protect the rights of the state and political powers, instead of protecting and enhance the rights of their members. For this reason, it is necessary to determine in what extent union rights are regulated and defined, rather than trade union rights are recognized in the country in order to determine whether union freedom an integral part of democracy in a country. It has been unquestionably statedthat the right of union on the level of international law is indispensable indivisible, including freedom of association, freedom of association, freedom of collective bargaining and freedom of strike. But it is observed that different practices continue in national laws. The study have been subject of examination The four countries known to have developed democracies, France, Germany, United Kingdom and Sweden because they offer different and important examples of recognition and enforcement of trade union rights through their domestic legislation, and because they are frequent examples of debate on trade union rights in our country.
