Abstract :
On this article we tried to explain the convertion of natural law views into a positive law views, during the establishment of the international law classical doctrine on the XVII. century. In the content of this article, after having shown how the national and international political relations in Europe, durig the mentioned century, have influenced the content of the establishment of law requlations and how the progress in philosophy have influenced the methodology of this discipline and the doctrine found primerily on rationalism and later on in positivism. In this context we target to investigate the sourcess of the contemprary modern universal international law doctrine as to the XVII. century. Based to this aim we examined the following writers views: Hugo Grotius, Sammuel von Pufendorf, Richart Zouche, Cornelius van Bynkershoek and Samuel Rachel.
