Abstract
The one of the main purposes of the law of soil is to protect independent agricultural enterprises, which derive adequate revenues. This also relates to prevent broken soil becoming unfruitful enterprises. In consequence, numerous provisions are held on Turkish Civil Code and Soil Conservation and Land Use Law. In this context, Turkish Civil Code and Soil Conservation and Land Use Law made amendments. In this regard, the Article 659, 660, 661, 662, 663, 664, 665, 666, 667, 668 of Turkish Civil Code were abolished. Instead of these Articles, new provisions are inserted into Soil Conservation and Land Use Law. Thereby, increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises is provided and new measures are taken in order to prevent inherited soil being broken.
