شماره ركورد :

Abstract :
Function of The Court of Appeal in our law is unifying law enforcement in our country and today this function is based on an individual ground: the principal of equality before the law. This principal requires the enforcement of law on every legal subject under the same circumstances and by using exactly the same processes. The abstract violation of law, free from its effect on the unity of decisions, which are sometimes could be regarded as harmless, can be subject to the intervention of The Court of Appeal.
