Abstract :
Historical texts are contains rich word, idiom, proverb, phrase, etc. language material. In addition, historical texts illuminate the development of the language and the changes within it at an important level. These texts testify to the words, idioms, proverbs, sentences of the words how the transmission from the past to present and their form of use, meaning subtleties. It is only possible with historical texts what the tongue leaves behind and what the elements can be used in place of those words, to witness or see how the linguistic functioning. The Tarama Sözlüğü is based on witnesses from historical texts. For this reason, the Tarama Sözlüğü is an important resource that researchers dealing with Turkish language and literature frequently resort to. Süheyl ü Nevbahâr is a work which contributes considerably to the Tarama Sözlüğü in terms of its witnesses. However, mistakes can be seen the meaning of some words or phrases in historical texts both spelling, reading and meaning. In this article focuses boyla- verb that misspelled and misread in Süheyl ü Nevbahar and the meaning is given incorrectly in the Tarama Sözlüğü.
