Service sector, in particular in the field of security known to be effective too intense stress and workload. Operation of private security order requiring dedicated employees, employee morale, motivation and satisfaction is very important. In this study, in the province of Manisa, private security personnel working in public institutions was to determine the level of professional satisfaction. Used as a tool for data collection survey, employees, working hours and corporate services, performance evaluation, occupational safety and health, occupation, work place, administration and management of relationships with institutional belonging and questions were asked about other issues. Despite complaints of a lack of staff status and salary of employees in general were satisfied with the conclusion reached professions.
