Abstract :
Following the first use of radial artery as a conduit for coronary bypass, it was abandoned because of higher rate of artery spasm during surgery and prematurely occlusion in postoperative period. However, by means of its higher patency rates even after a long period, as a result of pedicled harvesting technique and pharmacologic manipulation, radial artery regained being a remarkable choice of arterial grafting. Here we aimed to present a case in which a patient had been used radial artery for replacing to another vascular bed and its anatomic and flow adaptation after bypass surgery. Also we aimed to highlight the fact of flow adaptation of a radial artery graft which could be misdiagnosed as a restenosis.
