Abstract :
The Young Turk Revolution (1908) became the beginning of an important transformation in terms of foreign policy during the last 30 years of the Ottoman Empire. The Young Turks looking suspiciously to the prominent pro-German politics of Abdulharnit Period wanted to determine a new direction for themselves about the foreign policy after the proclamation of the Constitution. Following the re-proclamation of the Constitution, the Young Turks became within a trend close to England and France, in which liberal and constitutional governments were dominant, against the politics of Abdulharnit Period with the German axis. The explanations and approaches of England and France meeting the Young Turks Revolution with pleasure and support became encouraging for the Young Turks convergence politics. Therefore, a Parliament Committee whose president was Mr. Talat organized a travel to Paris and London for taking concrete steps to consolidate the rapprochement policy. It was possible that Community appointed this committee. In this study the evaluations related with the travel, especially reflected to the French press and diplomatic reports, will be investigated.
