Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine nutritional status of wine grape varieties of Manisa - Turgutlu district. In this context leaf samples were taken from 18 vineyards which are composed six wine grape varieties (Alicante, Merlot, Boğazkere, Sangiovese, Öküzgözü ve Syrah) grown on different rootstock (99 R, 110 R ve 41 B) during flowering. Leaf samples were seperated as leaf blade and petiole then analyzed for macro (N, P, K, Mg) and micro (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, B) plant nutrition elements. Results revealed that an important portion of examined vineyards deficient in terms of N, K in some examples Ca and Zn nutrition. Macro plant nutrients were determined as N (%)=2.71-3.84, P (%)=0.40–0.51, K (%)=0.90-1.55, Ca (%)=1.57-2.60, Mg (%)=0.49-0.80 and micro plant nutrients were determined as (mg/kg) Fe =136.1-234.4, Cu=28.3-182.2, Mn=101.4-194.7, Zn=22.6-31.1 and B=43.7-96.2 in leaf blade. Macro plant nutrients were determined as N (%)=2.71-3.84, P (%)=0.40–0.51, K (%)=0.90- 1.55, Ca (%)=1.57-2.60, Mg (%)=0.49-0.80 and micro plant nutrients were determined as (mg kg-1) Fe=136.1-234.4, Cu=11.6-43.4, Mn=37.6-165.4, Zn=12.6-27.5 and B=71-90 in leaf petiole. The correlation were found significant between leaf blade and leaf petiole in respect to macro and micro nutrients. as; Nblade-Npetiole (0.476*), Kblade-Kpetiole (0.804**), Cablade-Capetiole (0.645**), Mgblade-Mgpetiole (0.621**) and Mnblade-Mnpetiole (0.536*).
