Abstract :
Hypothalamic hamartoma is a rare, non-neoplastic heterotrophic lesion of the hypothalamus. These patients typically present with precocious puberty and hypothalamic hamatomas must be considered in the differential diagnosis of precocious puberty. We report a rare case of hypothalamic hamartoma and highlight important clinical aspects and magnetic resonance imaging signs.
