Abstract
In recent years, health care enterprises experienced a brutal competition. This is the most important weapon in the competition, quality of the service. One of the most important indicators of quality of service in the health sector is of infection in hospitals. That is discharged from the hospital intensive care unit patients that they caught an infection. Therefore, areas of infection must be determined. In this study, a study was conducted to determine the quality of service in areas of infection Made in these calculations were used for statistical quality control charts. Quality control charts are used in C charts C charts and P Charts are analysed and then the infection rates are investigated and determined whether or not under control. Measurements were made every month. The percentage of infected patients and infection rates were calculated in intensive cares. the year as the fastest growing infection were identified. Moreover risk factors on the basis of the months have been identified then according to the factors, infectious agents have been specified.
