Abstract :
Management reform is beyond the regulation of the current order according to the requirement s of the era and the necessary changes, it is about the purpose of the organization and programs with at least effort, time and money spent to perform the personnel, organization, methods, location, materials and related legislation, improvement and development efforts. Restructuring and administrative reform efforts in Turkish management system, primarily began to correct aspects of the system failing then became official with a scientific dimension. The common aim of all these studies is to capture contemporary in public administration. The basic principle in restructuring is to organize the existing problems by bringing new vitality to the antioxidant and organizations; to prapare it for new advances. In our study, Republican period of restructuring and administrative reform efforts; pre-reform period of the planned activities, planned period of reform efforts, reform efforts prepared in Development Plans after 1980 were examined.
