Abstract
Today, the survival of existing businesses depend on effective administration as well as innovative behaviour. The existing businesses to maintain their positions and to developing in the market they think that inovative. In the same way, entrepreneur who is a new entrant to the market must create an effective management structure. So, entrepreneurship, inovation and management are intertwined each other and so important concepts. This study covers that concepts of Drucker‟s ideas in the light of the concept of entrepreneurial businesses by addressing explains. Also, this study present that today inovation or an efficient management system reveal alone is not enough.
