Abstract :
Human beings are socio-economic life form that have the qualifications of a changing As the structure of emotion and thought. Place of sex factor is often discussed in shaping the emotions and thoughts. Observed differences in the perception of men s and women senvironment and the problems faced. This situation is the research object that in the perception oforganizational culture. Question of “In the organization; due to a combination of people with different demographic characteristics that ocur, organizational culture, how affected by gender variable factor in perceptual dimension way?” discussed in this study. Therefore, the effect of gender factor in the perception of organizational culture has been tested with Denison Scale in Suleyman Demirel University Research Hospital.
