Title Of Article :
The Histochemical Structure of Gills of Sander Fish (Sander Lucioperca) Living in Eğirdir Lake
Abstract :
In this study, it was aimed to determine that glycoconjugates features of gills of sander fish (Sander lucioperca) living these lake as physicochemical properties and heavy metal effects on rates of Eğirdir Lake. It was determined that Neutral, sulfated acidic, acidic and sialic acid glycoconjugates were showed medium reaction in mucus cells in all regions of the gill. O-sulphated ester glycoconjugate the absence of mucus cells in gills were determined. Containing an equal amount of neutral and acidic glycoconjugates of mucous cells in gills were found to be higher than other glycoconjugates.
