Analysis of Selected Some Pesticides in Honey Samples
Abstract :
In this study pesticide residues were analyzed in honey samples from Isparta. Pesticides were analyzed with gas chromatography-nitrogen phosphorus detector after solid phase extraction (SPE). 10 pesticide residues were measured in twenty honey samples. In GC/NPD, the detection limits were between 0.50-3.50 ng/g for the studied pesticides, recoveries ranged from 84.4 to 90.8% in samples. Chlorpyrifos (0.024 ng/g), diazinon (0.021 ng/g), ethion (0.046 ng/g), cypermethrin (0.021 ng/g), deltamethrin (0,019 ng/g) and malathion (0,020 ng/g) residues were found in honey samples.
