    Determination of the Materials that Can Be Used in Automated Construction Production Technology

  • Abstract
    Automatic construction production technology is based on robotictechnology. With this technology large‐scale objects can be constructed withoutusing formwork with 3d printer by using additives under computer controlling.The aim of this study is to be able to make mixtures suitable for 3d concreteprinter that can be used in automatic construction production technology withlow‐cost and most suitable materials. Consequently, low price materials wereinvestigated and sand, diatomite, cement, ground blast furnace slag, cellulose andpolypropylene fiber were determined as low price materials. 7 test mixtures insuitable consistency were determined to be used in 3d concrete printer by theselow price materials. With these mixtures determination of density, spreading,compressive and flexural strength tests were performed. Exposure times wereidentified by slump test and mixture ratios were given. Out of these seven testmixtures, first of all Trial 2, secondly Trial 3, thirdly Trial 7 were defined as themost suitable ones in 3d concrete printer compared to other mixtures.
