Abstract :
Different settlement conditions occurred in a triplex engineering-structure which was built in Burdur city is evaluated in this study. Performance analyses are made to check the structure-usage by Sta4 -Cad program. Existing soil conditions are modeled using Plaxis 2D which is a finite element program. Settlement analyses are also made for dry - saturated conditions of soil, and different foundation systems. Hence, different improvement methods are compared to re-use of structure which is exposed to different settlement and importance of appropriate design respect to soil is emphasized.
