The Analysis of Level Increasement at the Vehicle Gearboxes

In recent years, investigations show gain on the development of new technologies in the automotive industry, even that especially to reduce fuel consumption and increase to driving comfort. In automotive industry R D process leads to very high cost if contemplated each implements without verification. Even that, one such approach is cause to great waste of time for Producer Company and researcher. For these reasons, developments will be carried out primarily on vehicles. These improvements are developed by using various simulation programs. If the simulation results supported with a real‐time simulation, as a second step is beginning of the started the prototype production. In the performed studies, many different programs such as AMSim and Msc. Adams, can be used as the simulation environment. One of the most important and commonly used simulation program is Matlab/Simulink. In this study, five and four Speed manual transmissions are simulated in Matlab/Simulink to compare the results at the same vehicle. Also, the effects of the reduction ratio were examined for both of two transmissions.
