Abstract
In the title compound, C11H7NO2, the prop-2-yn-1-yl substituent is oriented well out of the mean plane of the dihydroindole moiety. Two sets of complementary C—H···O hydrogen bonds form ribbons running along the b-axis direction. The dihydroindole moieties participate in π-π-stacking interactions along the a-axis direction.
