  • Abstract
    A new heterocyclic systems containing pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) have been synthesizedand investigated for their pharmacological property. In present study, we have prepared PBDsN-alkylated and we report results of their antibacterial activity against a range of Grampositive and Gram negative bacteria. The result of the Minimum inhibiting concentration(MIC) varied from one bacterium to another.
