Abstract
Due to insufficient capacity of the steels were produced high strength low alloyed steels. The most important micro-alloying elements Nb and V, Ti Their importance is due partly to the fact that they affect the structure as a finely distributed carbides, nitrides or carbonitrides grain refining effect and cures. The grain refining effect arises from the fact that fine particles impede a retired grain growth during hot deformation and the transformation of austenite into ferrite and microstructure-refining foreign microbes are available. Hardening alloy elements work against those who go into solution in austenite and come after appropriate cooling than finely divided particles for excretion. While the predominant Nb, whose compounds dissolve in the austenite difficult, the grain refining effect, going from one strength hardening effect of V.
