Why Turkish Violin System Is Not At Desired Level?

The Republic Of Turkey enters into the radical change process with revolutions which emerges with proclamation of the republic. As in many field, music is in change process within the waesternization movement of Turkey. In line of this changes, in 1924, education laws and music teachers college was established. In 90-years period, especialy first time of republic many musicians from abroad who came Turkesy with several laws, has given lectures in educational institutions, as well as many talented young musicians had been sent to abroad with several laws. At the end of this period is observed that violin education which a part of music education does not have own specific system. In the research, reasons of why Turkish violin system is not at desired level will be investigate. This study is important for investigations of the conservatories performers training approaches. The research is a descriptive sdudy. Datas was obtained through literature and structured interview.
