Abstract :
Although there are many social values of the Islamic Community, “hak” and “justice” are the two key concepts to the forefront. According to the Qur’an, the com-munity system can only be established and sustainable in the basis of hak and justice. Otherwise, a system didn’t establish on hak and justice axis and togetherness -be-cause, this will damage to the brotherhood- aren’t possible to be sustainable. In other words, both concepts (hak and justice) have commanded towards the provision of peace and prosperity of the Islamic community. Islam as the word “peace” means. Islam ordered the protection of the essen-tial purposes of the Sharia. Essential purposes of the Sharia are: religion, life, gener-ation, good and mind. These foresight and targets, primarily in the Islamic commu-nity, later on in the whole world, in hak and justice axis will be carried by Muslims. It is the duty of Muslims. The ultimate goal is to realize the universal peace (Islam).
