The Evaluation of Consequential Frustration Observed in Conservatory Students

Abstract
The school’s physical facilities, social environment, the student’s biological and psychological conditions may affect the success of a student. The student may consider some of the problems more important. The factors preventing success and the determination of the factors education called as frustration may contribute to an effective and efficient education process. The study was prepared to find answers in the following questions. What are the frustrations - drawbacks affecting success according to conservatory lecturers? What are the sample events (cases) that lecturers experienced? What do lecturers suggest for frustration? For this purpose, structured interviews with educators were made to collect data. The data were analyzed and interpreted according to content analysis and data reduction techniques. It is considered that this study will be a source for social psychology and the studies based on music education. Also it is a unique study in this field and will contribute a lot to this field.
