Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of brokers in wholesaler market regarding New Market Law (no: 5957, dated 11/3/2010) in the central district of Tokat province and ascertain the solution of existing problems. The surveys were conducted with all 46 brokers operating in the market of the central district of Tokat province in March-April of 2010. The data obtained from the survey was constructed by calculating descriptive analysis. The results indicated that majority of brokers do not know about the New Market Law. Factor analysis, one of the multivariate analyses techniques, was implemented in the study. The analysis of brokers opinions regarding new market law started with 19 variables and summarized in 15 variables within 4 factors groups.
