Abstract :
In Africa, CSR is emerging; it is therefore necessary to question the responsible organizational change of the companies in this geographical area. In this article, we interview three Senegalese SME managers based in Dakar - given our field access - on their definitions and conceptions of CSR; on the practices developed / to be developed in their organizations and their consequences; and on responsible organizational change and on its steering. With regard to the CSR practices highlighted, it appears that investment in internal and external human capital is a dominant practice in the Dakar firms studied.
