Abstract :
Our research’s aim is to understand how a management approach form private sector is susceptible to generate kinds of behaviors compatible with professional bureaucracy of public sector. The issue of quality process potential in order to ameliorate health system is for the purpose of identifying the factors of its setting. By the review of literature, twelve contingence keys have been identified to be keen on giving an understanding environment in favor of the adoption of the process trough a model. The results are about the essential role of initial supports of formation and accompaniment concerning impulse a dynamic quality. Otherwise, the elements appropriate to persons appear strongly dependent to personal efficiency within the groups. To finish, organization elements milked to the role structuring the organized steps qualities and piloted.
