  • Abstract
    The inequalities men/women in the labor market remain a universal problem. In Morocco, a Muslim Arab country, traditional and cultural values of conservative inspirations accentuate the acuteness of this problem which has various aspects affecting the economic takeoff desired. Indeed, the woman Moroccan active struggle to reveal his real vitality which could contribute more to the production and the creation of wealth. The discriminatory aspects and inequality may lead to costs and losses, especially economic, for a country in search of a new model of societal development, which confirms the imperative of a descriptive analysis and quantitative. The descriptive analysis has pointed sectors strongly unequal for women as the Building and Public Works, the repair and the extractive industry and other less unequal as the hotel and catering industry. The quantitative analysis used to measure the effects of a recovery by the request identifies some shortfalls manifested at the level of the sector of other manufacturing industries. By demand component, the induced effects the most important are generated by exports and private consumption on female employment more than on the male employment.
