Abstract :
The present article aims at providing researchers in Managment Sciences with insights on theprincipal empirical perspectives which explain the very relationship that lies between HumanResource Managment and the performance of organizations in an attempt of helping them toconstruct an appropriate theoretical framework for their research in relation to the previouslydiscussed issue. In the same vein, the article sheds light on the theoretical bases of eachperspective, to cite namely a universalist, contingent and configurational ones, and that tospecify their limits and to make of use of some empirical studies as a base for their analysis.
