Abstract :
Plant Disease Resistance is crucial to the reliable production of food, and it provides significant reductions in agricultural use of fuel, water, land and other inputs. There are numerous examples of devastating plant disease impacts as well as recurrent severe plant disease issues . However, disease control measures are reasonably successful for most crops, and across large regions and many crop species, it is estimated that diseases typically reduce plant yields by 10% every year. Balanced nutrition has an important role in determining plant resistance or susceptibility to diseases. Mineral elements are directly involved in all mechanisms of plant defense as integral companents of cells, substrats, enzymes , and electron carriers , or as activators , inhibitors, and regulators of metabolism. Most Important Nutrients for Disease Resistance are potassiu (K), calcium (Ca), copper (Cu), boron (B), manganes (Mn), sülfür (S) , silicon ( Si , is not essantial but beneficial).
