Every society has its own culture and customs. Some of the elements of the culture and shared values which appear in every society. One of the common aspects of intercultural good deeds in the name of humanity, service to the people of the country. The most important one of these services is to be dedicated to the lives of the people of that country, as well as the country needs a lot of time and under the most difficult circumstances. Fatma, the most appreciated at a time when you need it, come to Albania at a young age in the most difficult circumstances, has served the people of this country until her death in her second homeland. In this study, has acted as a cultural bridge between the peoples of the two countries her services; life left an example for future generations, which is an example of a devotional Makbule Fatmaʹs life will be examined.
