Abstract :
In this article, brief life history and political activities of the deputy of Manisa province, Sevket Rasit Hatipoğlu were assessed. In a single-party period, the CHP Manisa deputy in parliament has been active in political life. However, in terms of investment in the province of Manisa can not be addressed. All resources, literatures and documents that have been obtained mention his visits to province of Manisa during election periods for attending and participating to the activities. He has been the Ministry of education also for a brief period; however, his actual political works are belong to his Ministry of Agriculture term.. Barns, shops,agricultural mechanization and modernization activities, making laws for farmers to own lands are some of the areas where he had made the shift. Besides his active political life, in a period of his life, as an academic studies, he had also gave lectures at the Institute of Ankara. Hatipoglu has books in the field of agriculture and he has also written articles in some magazines.
