Methods Used in the Diagnosis of Bovine Tuberculosis
Abstract :
Tuberculosis is zoonotic disease caused by mycobacterium and causes very serious health problems or economic losses. It is a chronic infection characterized by the formation of calcified, white or yellow granulomas called tubercle which developed relationship tubercle bacilli and host inflammatory cells. In this review, it is mentioned that information about the methods used in antemortem and postmortem diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.
