Abstract :
The reliability of biomedical experiment is no doubt that depending on the laboratory animals used in these experiments. Inevitably width of standard deviations in biological experiments could be minimized with laboratory animals produced and feeding under standard conditions. It is a fact that the results can be trusted when training and maintenance requirements are kept at an optimal level degree. It is essential that maintenance and training of laboratory animals must be under optimal and uniform sizes in point of it s biological, environmental, metabolic and psychological care.
