Abstract :
Trauma to the orbital cavity carries a graet risk to orbital morbidity. The radiological evaluation of orbital trauma has progressed with the technological development and wide distribution of cross-sectional imaging methods. Ultrasonography, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), can be used in the investigation of orbital trauma and the search for foreign bodies, however the most effective method has been used is orbita CT imaging. This article discusses the pathogenesis, signs and symptoms, and diagnostic methods after orbital trauma in the adult population.
