Measuring Some Characteristics of LED at Pulsed High Currents and the Determination of the Accuracy of Measurement
Abstract :
In this study, measuring some characteristics of LED at pulsed high currents using suitable measuring circuits have been investigated. The error rate of measured magnitudes must be low enough. Measuring circuits must measure linearly in the measuring range. The changes observed on the characteristics which handled as result of measurement must not be occurred by other effects originated from measuring circuit, but must be originated from the changes of measuring magnitude which are requested to be measured. It has been proved that the correct measure with low error rate has been made in the measuring methods which are explained here.
