In this study, it is aimed to determine school administarators, teachers perceptions related to school administrator selection, training (preservice and in-service), employee rights. In research process, literature about school administration is searched thoroughly and then a survey having 26 items is applied to school administarators and teachers.There search population consists of the school administrators and teachers that work center in the province of Konya district (Karatay, Meram, Seljuks) at primary schools in 2010/2011 academic year. The sample of the study are 418 school administrators and teachers who work at primary schools in Konya in 2010/2011 academic year and are selected random method. This study is carried on sample group that is randomly selected. The data obtained from in this way was analyzed, also selection of school administrator, appoinment-training and emploeerights sub-dimensions are searched and suggested about these.
