In this context, the aim of this study was to study the suitability of the conditions of ergonomic aspects in mind when in a call center is intended to investigate the problems of employees ergonomic. In the study, call center employees made the implementation of the survey results in the SPSS package program by using statistical analysis methods with interpreted and evaluated.
