Abstract
Time management is one of the major competitive weapon in today’s business. Even detained one minute from the time of organization is quite important. Internet, computers and smartphones have become occupies every moment of human life with the spread of technology. Internet and computer technology has become an indispensable means of doing business by making them practical and shorten. However, Internet reveals many problems in addition to its benefits. Employees who use the Internet for non-business purposes in working hours has become a common situation. This behavior, which called in the literature as cyberloafing, causes costs and productivity losses in companies and could leave the company facing with a variety of legal sanctions. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the cyberloafing behavior and efficient time management. As a result time traps which are the subscale of time management scale has been found to affect the cyberloafing behavior positively.
