Drug consumption is increasing significantly every year. Stress the importance of this increase as increasing population growth has a significant share in a globalizing world. The rational use of drugs, on the one hand, the treatment of the disease while individual a contribution towards the provision of means on the one hand and the means to contribute to the national economy. Treatment with drugs that are unnecessarily waiting passed their expiration dates by drugs increased after the disposal of the country s economy to experience a significant loss in terms of causes. At this point the main objective of the research is to evaluate knowledge and attitudes of citizens towards intelligent drug use. For this purpose, the metropol district of Ankara, and 400 in a sample using a questionnaire, the data collection process are reviewed. The collected data analyzed with SPSS software, the analysis as a result of people that there are significant deficiencies in rational drug use, a substantial percentage of people use the drug on their own or with the advice it receives from its close surroundings, they often applied to their first family physicians, the doctors as they tend customizable results have been achieved with prescription drugs.
