Abstract :
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship among organizational justice, trust and job satisfaction. For this aim firstly organizational justice, then work satisfaction and last trust are explained. In the application part a questionnaire including the measures of organizational justice, trust and job satisfaction is distributed to employees of one of the leading firms of Turkey and the data were assessed by statistical analysis methods. Finally, it was proved that there is a positive relationship among the organizational justice, trust and job satisfaction as it is foreseen.
