In this research, it is purposed, what are the personality types of young colleagues and their exhibited positive social behaviors and if there is a relationship between them are investigated. Research result shows that 59% of the colleagues’ personalities are type A, 41% of them are type B and respectively, anonymous, compliant, altruistic and public positive social behaviors’ exhibition has been observed more frequently. Moreover, according to colleagues personality types the positive social behavior exhibition indicates no significant difference. However gender, expenses and parents’ educational level shows significant differences according to the exhibited positive social behavior levels. While among the public dimension and other dimensions negative relationships has been found; among the dimensions of anonymous, compliant and altruistic positive relationships has been emerged.
