In today, protecting, preserving, transmissing of information that extremely important for businesses have been implemented by information technologies. So, it has been causing some of socio-psychological effects. Decision-making that effective in all department of businesses also have been impressed from the effects. Especially, managerial decisions that making bounded rationality and decision makers who choose this decision-making styles have been exposing to the effects compulsorily that have been caused by information technologies. The purpose of this study is found out what measure the effectiveness. Members of Young Entrepreneurs the Board of Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey on the Eastern Anatolia Region had elected for this study. As a result, it had found that there are meaningful relationships between usage of information technologies and managerial decisions styles.
